Ride Safe
Required Safety Equipment
For your safety, you must wear the following gear during every practical training session.
Helmet
RTA-approved helmet worn at all times while riding.
Elbow & Knee Pads
Full protective padding for both elbows and knees.
Safety Shoes
Closed, sturdy footwear — no sandals or open shoes.
Full-Length Sleeves
Long-sleeve shirt or t-shirt for arm protection.
Full-Length Trousers
Long trousers required for every riding session.
Instructor Checked
Our trainers verify your gear before each lesson begins.
Eligibility & Documents
Who Can Apply
Individual customers — citizens and residents of Dubai who are above the legal age (17+) and medically fit — are eligible to apply. The customer must be present in person and pass an RTA-accredited eye test.
- Original Emirates ID
- Tenancy contract (Ejari) or Title Deed, if from another emirate
- No active driving file in another emirate
- Eye test cleared as per DHA / RTA standards
Delivery Rider Certificate
Riders aged 21–55 with a valid motorcycle licence can complete our Delivery Driver Qualification training — required only in the first year, fees capped at AED 200.

What's the minimum age for a motorcycle licence?
You must be at least 17 years old and medically fit, with a cleared RTA-accredited eye test, to open your motorcycle training file.
Can I reduce my training hours?
Riders with prior motorcycle experience may discuss reduced-hour options with our team; most learners complete the standard 10 or 20-hour programme.
Is safety gear provided?
You’re required to bring your own helmet, pads, safety shoes and appropriate clothing — our instructors verify your gear before every session.
Can this help me become a delivery rider?
Yes — after passing your motorcycle test, you can complete our Delivery Driver Qualification training for delivery work, required only in your first year.
