What Makes Our VIP Course Different
Admission is the first step toward your driving licence. After submitting your documents and paying the registration fee, you receive a learner’s permit and RTA handbook, making you eligible to begin training as a VIP student in a premium Mercedes-Benz or BMW vehicle.
Your learner’s permit is valid for 3 months from issuance, and your RTA file remains valid for 6 months from opening or your last test. We’ll keep you on track with proactive renewal reminders so nothing holds up your progress.

Eligibility & Documents
Who Can Apply
Citizens and residents of Dubai above the legal age and medically fit are eligible. You can open a traffic file at 17 years 6 months; the licence is issued once you pass all tests and turn 18. Special documentation paths exist for diplomats, People of Determination, Marsoom holders and Golden Visa residents with a foreign licence.

- Ejari tenancy contract, trade licence or proof of Dubai residency
- Diplomatic passport / card for diplomats and embassies
- Eye test cleared at a DHA-accredited centre (valid 3 years)

How is the VIP course different from the standard car course?
